The armchair historian retains the right to refuse any request made by you and reserves the right to close you’re the armchair historian account at its sole discretion. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, then the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by an expert arbitrator from the America Arbitration Association (AAA) or as agreed upon by the parties.
PREVIOUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
